Most of our business is geared wards helidecks for oil rigs, jackups, semisubmersibles and vessels.Both engineering and fabrication are done inhouse by qualified engineers, designers and fabricators. We currently have four certified aluminum welders at our fabrication facility in South Carolina, in addition to fitters, detailers and aluminum fabricators. Helidex is owned and operated by Licensed Professional Engineers with over 50 years combined US experience in onsulting engineering.Our work is thoroughly checked by our quality control inspectors as well as by third party inspectors. Most of our projects are certified by either DNV, ABS, LR or BV. Fabrication usually does not start until all approvals are received. All material are backed by mill certificates from legitimate and established mills in the US.We offer complete helideck packages for newbuilts, retrofits of steel to aluminum or timber to aluminum.
